When a much larger two-bedroom unit became available upstairs in the same building, I decided we should move despite my typical cautiousness when it came to financial matters. We were quite happy with that decision since it gave us a lot more room to breathe. There is also access to more natural light compared to where we had lived previously.

Parking wasn't an issue until recently when they stopped caring about who had permits to park and who didn't. Also on top of all of this, I came home from Christmas break to find that someone had used my bathroom when they were suppose to be fixing my wash machine and left it in the bowl. Just because I am female does not mean that I flush tampons down the toilet. If anyone lives above you, beware it will drive you crazy. The walls are paper thin and no one respects other people and you can hear yelling and music throughout the night.
There is a mandatory trash valet fee whether you use this service. I wish management would utilize this fee for security cameras and more nighttime patrol. I have lived at The Palms for close to five years. Community Director Donelle is very skilled at her work.

The Palms Apartments offers you the ultimate in convenience. When I first moved here the management was good, upkeep was good, the location is great, close to everything, pricing was best you'd get in this area, neighborhood safety was alright. I guess they've switched management last year, and it's awful. They closed all laundromat but one, turned the rest in the storage, with no warning might I add. Usually at least 2 washers and driers are broken so it's nearly impossible to find open ones for laundry.
